This is a song that I used to have one of my guitar players play and sing for the last song of the night, his name was Johnny Bernard and just passed away last Saturday of cancer, and when he sang a Jim Reeves song, you could close your eyes and you'd think Jim was on stage.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is a song about a man getting sent off to war if I remember right. At the end of the song the lady tells him" I married your best friend John." I cannot remember the artist or the title of the song but I have heard it on country radio.
