My favorite is "IDon't Feel at Home in your arms anymore"The tune is a bit of a hymn
ripoff,but maybe that's why I like it.

Just finished watching the third tape of the Buck Owens Ranch Show series...Wynn does a killer version of "Pretty World" backed by the Buckaroos...including Tom Brumley absolutely nailing the Moon solo and licks...geez...I think I'll go watch it again!!

Joe, although it sounds like Moon for sure, the solo on Pretty World was played by Jimmy Collins. This was confirmed to me by Hap Arnold and Moon.

Gary,

In answer to your Wynn Stewart question...It's Such A Pretty World Today. I
was a radio disc jockey for several years..I think I spun the grooves from that fourty five recording....never did get tired of it..

Hi Herb...I'm talking about the Buck Owens Ranch Show Videos they just released recently. Wynn is a guest on the show and does "Pretty World" backed by the Buckaroos. It's Tom's take on the solo and Don Rich singing the harmony. Cool old 60's TV! Oh duh...I see what you meant now Herb! Oh well...great tune!
[This message was edited by Joe Allwood on 24 February 2002 at 07:00 PM.]

I have the box set. It's ten cd's of darn good to borderline spectacular country music. Mooney plays on a ton of the tracks and sounds mighty fine to these ears. It's expensive, but it was worth it to me.

Two hundred seventy-nine songs (279!) Wynn's daughter--Wren Image--has the box set available for only $150...less than 54 cents per song. Get yours here: http://www.wynnstewart.com/
