Nice work! And thanks for bringing the use of standard tuning to the mix, as a guitarist for many years before taking up lap steel I feel like I'm stumbling around in the dark. I've got to go re-tune one of my lap steels and grab a flat pick now.

Thanks Jim! That sounds like a good idea, especially if you have more than one lap steel. I wouldn’t give up on the standard lap steel tunings though, C6, A6, E9, etc. They offer way more chord and harmony options than standard guitar tuning, and in the long run they’ll take you further.
