How do you feel your Stringmaster pickup compares to the Lollar? Just curious...and don't be modest!
Remington Steelmaster S8 w/ custom Steeltronics pickup. Vox MV-50 amplifier + an 1940's Oahu cab w/ 8" American Vintage speaker. J. Mascis Fender Squire Jazzmaster, Hofner Club bass, Ibanez AVN4-VMS Artwood Vintage Series Concert Size Acoustic Guitar. 1920s/30s Supertone Hawaiian-themed parlor guitar. Silvertone parlor guitar.

I like my pickups just as well as the Lollar pickups.
Only real difference I can find is the cost is less for my pickups.

Thanks Jimmie for the great kit! It was easy to put together and sounds great. It's my camping rig thus the forest service green.

Is the pickup plate and the bridge chrome plated or polished aluminum? Thanks

Champ kit has Brushed Stainless Control cover and Aluminum Bridge and nut.
String master kit has brushed stainless control cover and stainless bridge and nut.

I love my Stringmaster kit I recieved this past summer. It's been an absolute joy to play. I've put hundreds of hours of playing time into it so far. Really greatful to have had the option of getting a stringmaster at an entry level price. Put Seymore Duncans and a blend pot in it. Jimmie was excellent to order from. Considering ordering a second neck when I have the funds.
