Roger that. You and I know that the A pedal goes on P3 anyway.
Dana, my apologies for getting so far off topic. I don't know what I was thinking a year ago. (Except for ways BE ruined pedal steel. Maybe Jimmy was right....
We'll never know.)

There is another thread on this very subject.
Speaking as a dunce, mechanically speaking, would it be possible to lower 10 to an A on my RKR (along with the other standard pulls on that lever) and set it up in a way that would cancel out my A-C# pedal (belonging, as it does, on pedal 3 -
)?
I'd also want it to be able to get that A 'lower' when engaged on its own.
Emmons LeGrande, by the way.

See my previous post from 2+ years ago?
Now I've managed to get that combination just as I described it then. The split-tuning on my Emmons allows me to cancel out the A pedal 10th string raise and I get a perfect B - 4/5 chord.
Looking again at Buddy's E9, I'm fascinated that he was also seeking more low end. His RKR lowers 9 and 10 to C# and A.
I have that, but the clever pull he has is lowering 10 to G# on his Pedal 9!
