That is the prettiest guitar I've ever seen.

Bobby my wife insists on having a matching seat for each of my guitars. God love her for that. She never says no when it comes to my music and she just loves the steel guitar and love going to the conventions with me. I think I'm in music heaven.... just need to learn how to play like an angel now and things will be grand.

I sure do appreciate all the kind words about my new guitar but the real praise is for Mr.Bobby Rains who was able make the guitar the way we wanted it and my hat is off to him

Erv just remeber to walk away from it on Xmas day and spend some time with the other family.....yes it will be hard to do but you will be able to do it if you start to think about it now. You will love that new Rains I know I sure love mine.

I checked with UPS on the delivery schedule and I noticed that there was some delay because of the BAD weather in Texas.
I'm sure lucky to be living in Minnesota! Image

Charlie,
Mine won't be as fancy as yours, I didn't opt for the lacquered body.

Charlie,
Congrat's on your new Rain's....It has to be the most beautiful steel's out there !!..
It reminds me of the Blue Darlin !!.....What a GREAT color !!...If it sounds 1/2 as good as it look's, it would be a KILLER steel !!
Use it in good health...Sincerely, Jim

I don't like humbucking pickups, but I DO like the sound of the George L 10-1's ..
