I want to express my sincere thanks to Dow, Cord, Dave and ALL the great staff at the Southern Illinois Steel Guitar Show. They work hard to put on one of the best shows in the country. This group raised $17,000+ for the Shriners' Children hospital this year. It is a GREAT show for a WORTHY cause. I am humbled to be a small part of it.

My thanks to the staff band for incredible backup work and for the great crowds who attend and support the show. And finally, thanks to the incredible Tim Atwood for putting up with me on his shows. He is tremendous.

Mike, your playing was stellar. I'm so glad Tim choose you to fill the steel seat for his great show. I was also thrilled to see Johnny Cox and Junior Knight play a killer set. Jacob King was off the charts with tone and style. All the players were great. The highlight for me was Mike and Max King doing Legend in my time and Witichata Lineman. We had a wonderful weekend of real music. My thanks to everyone for sharing your talent with us.

On behalf of Jacob and my dad Max King, I want to thank everyone that played a role in the show for such a fantastic show. Jacob really appreciated the invitation and my family was very impressed with the show.

I too want to give my thanks to ALL the great staff at the Southern Illinois Steel Guitar Show. Dave, Dow, and Cord have some great people helping them organize and run one of the finest steel guitar shows any where in the country. It was my privilege and pleasure to be a small part of the show.

My thanks to the staff band for their incredible backup work on my songs and Teea's as well. They all spent many hours in preparing for our sets and their performances were spot on.

Finally, I want to thank everyone for receiving Donna with the warmest of greetings at this year's show. It was her first time to visit Mt. Vernon and everyone made her feel like a member of the family.

Let's do it all over again next year!
