thx Jimmie, I will be attending , looking forward to it !

for those not familiar with the area,

From the Charlotte area, 85/485, going North to Denton up Hwy 49 towards Asheboro to 109 North, it's about a 45 min drive.

From Asheboro, take 49 South to Denton (109) , an approx 30 min drive to 109 North.

The facility is located in Denton on Hwy 109N, about 3 miles from HWY 49 on the right.

From I-85, Lexington NC , take exit 96 , Hwy 64 South , it intersects with Hwy 109 , take 109 S to Denton , approx 10 miles . Maybe a 30 Min drive from I-85 exit 96.

From I-85 Thomasville area, take exit 103 which is HWY 109. South to Denton.

Just be aware that 109 is a slow poke road !

The Southern Theater & Events Center location is a very nice large facility, they feature dances every Fri and Sat night. Our band has been there a few times, really nice place.

HUGE Thx to Jimmie and Ray for their efforts here !

I Live in Willow Spring N.C. and 6 miles from Fuquay Varina. I will be coming Route 64 and pick up Route 49 to Route 109.Is it right on Route 109.What will I be looking For. I'm pretty sure that we will make it.We will be there as long as we have not moved To Rhode Island. We put in for Housing for the Elderly as I just turned 80 And Anna is 72.There are 110 people ahead of us so it will take time.I will know where we are on the list in about two weeks and I will keep you up Dated. I really hope we are going to be able to make it as i have a lot of Friends there and I'm a member of the Mid Atlantic Steel Guitar Association. When we get Back to Rhode Island I will be going to the R.I.S.G.A. that we Started back in 1997 and The N.E.S.G.A. We started back in 2003 and they are both doing well. Anna and I started them and We just love the Steel Guitar. I do not have a Pedal Steel any more but I do plan an getting one again.I know I'm a Chatter Box.And a working Fool with a Pace Maker and Defibalator and a mesh in my Tummy. They call me the Energizer Bunny.Up Date We are now Number 89 as of the first of this month for the housing.
