My first impression was that it looks like a Mark Giles styled cabinet. That said. .. many builders use this styling these days and/or many builders use Mark Giles for their lacquered cabs.

Paul Vendemmia has done some excellent Emmons re-cabinetry, perhaps this guitar is one of his. He is from the mid-Atlantic area.

Tom and Herb - thanks. I just sent an email to Mark and Paul. After a quick forum search, I found a couple cabinets made by Paul that are very much similar to mine.... Mark's are similar, too, but Paul's are even closer. Given his location, I'm guessing that's the answer. Hopefully, I'll hear back soon.

Yes That's one of mine. I built it for Curry Coster and its all Bird's eye maple some of the best I've ever seen. Take a bright light and hold it up to the front and you'll see. I wanted to finish it a different way but Curry had to have Red. I also Flock it in red not sure why? maybe to be different.
Curry put together all the hardware on the underside. I did that a long time ago maybe 12 years or more. The reason I had to built the new body was a guy in Pa had it And he f--k it so bad we had to replace it. It was a Lacquer body to start with and he sanded it and use clothing die on it. What a mess. The factory always use veneer maple and he sanded thru it on the edges. Paul Vendemmia

I knew it wasn't one of mine. I've only done a couple push pulls. A natural birdseye lacquer for Ronnie Tibbits in Georgia and a Black mica for(oops,senior moment, I can't remember his name just now)in No.Carolina. Nice job Paul

Cool idea with the stubby legs Paul.

I'd like to see somebody try to play it though!
