Mike Johnson & Tommy White are sure to be rated among the all time best steel guitar players of all time.
Mike has come a long way since I first heard him at Lois's Horse Shoe Lounge. Not that I was not impressed with his picking then. I was. Nice family band, and good friendly folks.

These two are at the top of Today's players IMHO
They are carrying the ball left by Buddy, Jimmy Day,
Weldon and Hal and are inspiring the rest of us.

That was great. I get up early to go to work and find this and it was awesome. I also like Terry Choates remarks, "Turn up the steel".

Terry Choate is a genius. Getting the best girl singer in the world in the studio with the two best steel guitarists in the world is quite an accomplishment. This is country music as it should be! Mike and Tommy, your playing is always straight from the heart.

Gotta say. Downright refreshing in this day and age. Good on the young lady

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Teea on a few occasions and she is the real deal! Not only can she belt out a country song but goes out of her way to show her appreciation to her band . Both her and Terry are good people who love the steel guitar .
Proud to call them both my friends.
