I think the British pronounce it lee´ver? At least I´ve heard one English player say it that way.

I am still not sure how the french pronouce lever... every time I try to explain the PSG they look like I am from Mars.

I've heard: Eddie Bummens, (of course that was Danny Gatton,) Edmonds, Emmonds, Edmons.

(A friend of mine mailed me and said that he didn't think Buddy Ebsen even played steel guitar...)

Buddy Ebsen was the Man of TIN, but never the man of steel.
I wrote a song called PSG Draft 1 as a working title. I local friend saw it and said the local team Marseille ( mAr Say Y) is the Arch enemy of Paris St. Germain... I REALLY should condiser a new name for the song...

I used to pronounce Bruce Bouton's last name BOW-ton (as in bow and arrow) until I heard the first syllable properly pronounced like the bow in "take a bow". Also, I pronounced JayDee's last name MAN-ness until I heard it is actually MAY-ness.

Bouton is French for Button

Boot o(n out your nose and nearly silent) I suspect the n is dropped or just implied here.
