Which tuning chart makes the P/P the best sounding guitar?

I had a 71 Emmons D-10 PP (Black of course). When I first got a Korg tuner (like Jeff Newman was using) I tuned everything to zero. People kept telling me I was out of tune. I got the Newman chart (E's at Zero (440), not 442. Once I started using the Newman chart Nobody ever told me I was out of tune.

I received mine last week from Gary Sill. This is the best tuner I have ever used. I was using a DT-3 Korg, which does HZ and cents, but the Peterson is in a different league.

I respectfully disagree about the tuning threads.
Every new player that comes along will have questions and will be looking for help. Please help them get their bearings with this zany instrument.
I have learned a heck of a lot by reading some of those threads.

One mistake I hear some steel players are making is they are not using SE9 for open tuning and then switching to SP9 for pedals and knee levers. I quess we are all use to the old style Peterson tuners where you call up preset for SE9 and tune everything, open, pedals, and then knee levers all in one setting. You have to use two settings on the HD Tuner. SE9 open and then SP9 for pedals and knee levers. One more note: Don't try to tune open strings while in SP9 (only for pedals and knee levers)! Hope this helps!

See my programs listed on page 1 of this thread. The E9th has everything except the 4th string E to F# on one program.

Same way with the C6th.
