Wendell, I think we can fit a shuffle or two in the set. Do you do "Wild side of life" by chance? I think that one would be great!

I am looking forward to the show ,it will be my first time and it sounds like a great one is taking shape. I look forward to seeing some old friends that were on the road when i was working with Dottie West,Dumplin( Johnny Cox) was with several well known artists as were other players like Mike Johnson and Lynn Owsley, there are just too many to mention. This will be a treat for me as i haven't done many shows in the past, but have started too ,because they are fun to do and meet new friends and steel players, thats what these are all about, its a brotherhood of players and friends and Lord knows we need to get some of these young guys and gals interested in this instrument, to take it into other forms of music. Come see the show and stop by and say hello. See Ya Soon, Rudy :D

who is rudy osborne?
a few folks have ask me...country jack, just who is this rudy osborne, do you know him?
i met rudy i think in very 1976, or very late '75.
he had just finished a 5 year world tour as the steel player for the late and legendary dottie west.
he was there in what is known as the "vegas years".
pre-kenny rogers, also as was, larry gatlin and steve wariner! you talk about a guy that was there when it happened...that was rudy osborne.
to hear the rest of the story up close and personal, be at this event and share country music history.
twice around the world and numerous appearences at the opry and heehaw and countless one nite stands
across the united states and canada.
that's the rudy i'm talkin' about, rudy osborne...
country jack..........
