Larry, thanks for that special offer. I am really honored. We are all looking forward to you and Jean being here. Anxious to hear you both. From what I have heard about Jean, I think all the players will want her on their sets. I just want you and Jean to be so comfortable and welcomed that you just might not leave. Tell me your room requirements etc. Will be making those arrangements later this week. I am doing my best to include all the players that will be here. We strive to have a friendly un-stressful gathering. Thanks for this so very much. We are all excited to have you and Jean and Jr. Knight here for the first time.

I am so very pleased that Buck and Mitzie Grantham will also be here. These two have supported us from the very beginning of our efforts here in Gulfport. Very grateful for their support and Buck's wonderful playing. Thanks, Buck and Mitzie.
Also, "Country" Jack Harper will be back with us also. These highly professional "treats" are the biggest reason we have lots of real good ole country fun and music.

Keeps getting better and bigger each day. The very talented steel player, Shelton Welch, will be coming down from Brandon, Ms. to play for us. Your attention will be captured immediately by this young man's ability. First time here with us and I am so proud of this. Thanks, Shelton and Barbara Welch.

Will be good to have Ben O'Dell with us this time. Has been a long time since he has been on our stage. Looking forward to this one very much.
And more good news from my Nashville Super Stars-Lorraine Walden will be on stage with a special program featuring Gene Breeden and hopefully a very well connected steel player.(I am waiting confirmation on the steel guitarist).
Jr. Knight has sent me his bio and it reads like the major player that he really is. What a treat for all of us and our audience. Lots of Hall of Fame players in house for this one. Thanks to all of you for the friendship and talent shared with us here in Mississippi.

And one of the best in Louisiana just confirmed to be with us-none other that Royce Tarver. So glad he will make this appearance.

Tennessee will be well represented with Gene Breeden. Lorraine Walden, and NOW LYNN OWSLEY! Top flight schedule of the most recognized musicians you can find anywhere in this country or any other place.
Address of the VFW Post 4526, 15206 Dedeaux Rd. Gulfport. Should you be coming in on I-10 (east or west), exit at the Gulfport exit no. 38. Go north through three red lights to Dedeaux Rd-about a mile or so. Turn to the east on Dedeaux Rd. Stay in left lane. Soon as you go under the fire station red light. look for a large blue metal building on your left. Just about a block and half from the Hiway 49 you turned on from the interstate. Sure an proud of all this interest. Will have motel information on this coming Monday. Thanks to everyone.

Bill, I plan on meeting some of the pickers there. I know another Louisiana picker who plans to be there, also. My mentor Wilburn Stewart.Wilburn taught me how to play steel,over 30 years ago.

tony;
bet your bride would be beside herself and you too, when you hand her plane tickets for biloxie, mississippi, for a wedding anniversery like never before. she'll be so happy to learn that a steel guitar gathering is just down the street that she will want to surprise you with front row seats as she takes in an unobstructed trip to the mall so you can do the guy thing without her being bored. after all, at least your together and you didn't forget that magic day. that's what memories are made of.
gdae mate.......

And, should she have to stay home working, everyone in the world really gets excited and enthused and appreciative with long distance telephone calls from the other side of the world. That would really make the anniversary extra special for both of you...

Tony, we will share a toast for you and your shopping wife. Know you both will be missed.
Just confirmed that LYNN OWSLEY will be in house both days. Having to invent a new clock with more time on it now, but we can handle that with no problem. Hopefully, we can get LYNN to do his tribute to the real meaning of Christmas on a special program Saturday evening before we close up shop. So glad LYNN OWSLEY will be here for all of us to enjoy. Thanks LYNN.

Another of my favorite steel players and good friend will be with us. Royce Tarver, one of Louisiana's very best, will be here for both days. Royce has not been able to be with us for a few years. Sure glad he is able to pleasure us with his music now. Thanks so much for your support, Royce.
