Keep up the practicing three (3) weeks from today is going to go by fast.I hope to be able to play some good tunes by then.This Steel Guitar Jam is going to be in honor of our Great Buddy and Friend who we lost and had a lot of respect for.MR Ray Walker.I will always mention his name at every one of our Steel Guitar Jams.

Yes Connie Burton I have room for you.I will put you on the list. I will find room we have a nice hall where they have music every Friday Night.
Bryan Aycock I will put you on the list also.Hope you can make it as the more the better.
You will all see the Beautiful Steel Guitar that I have that Ray Walker and Jack Palmer built for Jack and then Jack wanted to sell it so I bought it before some one else got it.It is in good hands and I"m proud to be the owner of this Great playing Steel Guitar.

Sam, please put me on your list for July 21st. I can't speak for brother Johnny, but I'm sure he'll give you "buzz" sometime. Thanks for having the jam for us all to enjoy music and fellowship with one another.
PS: Make sure Ricky Hagan learns a fast song to play for us, I'm tired of all those slow tear jerkers he plays! Just kidding, I love to watch him play those fast riffs for us. Maybe someday I'll be able to play something faster than "I'm so lonesome I could cry".

Remember one week from tomorrow July 21 ST is the big Steel Jam at Robert McGee's Beaver Creek Music Hall. I will be there tonight and then again next Friday to make sure everything is all set up.I will be posting Flyers in the hall tonight so people will be able to come and listen to us Jam and have a great time.SEE YOU ALL THERE BOYS.KEEP IT COUNTRY AND KEEP THE STEEL GUITAR GOING

Check the Tread where I gave the directions.There is a couple of changes as I found this out last night.When you go the 4/10TH of a mile from where you take the right on Route 50 the street sign Church RD is on the left side of the road and you will go to the right at the fork and then it is the second street on your right that is McGee RD..I will correct it on the page.

Well guys it is 4 more days and the North Carolina Steel Jam will be going on.It might be a little crowded but we will work it all out. I need to know Who is coming and who is not.I do have two that have cancelled I know of.WE will have Ray Walkers Wife Debbie coming for a short time to see us all.Who ever is not coming please let me know so I can get things lined up.I will be there Friday night again to hear Roberts band play and to figure out how I'm going to set it all up.You can call me at 1-919 285-2585 if you have any questions.
