well Bobby T. asked me if I wanted a couple extra coins for making him a set.... YOU Betcha ! I am running out of halves, if you have some old coins not good enough for collector, send me 4, two for your picks and two for someone else,,, had some inquiries about foreign silver coins, thats great if you want a set from your own native coin send them to me. Crowbear//// I will trade you a set for two possums and a Swiss 2 Franc :o Heres an idea guys, if anyone has something you no longer need, I will trade it ... and we will sell it on here and send the money to our beloved STEEL GUITAR FORUM, get you some picks and help out the forum at the same time.

I have had a few inquire the best way to fit picks to your finger... well for me I use and set of ring, wire bend pliers that are quite inexpensive and a great tool to have with you for a fast and perfect bend. there are several types out there but I like these, the one for 20.99 http://www.amazon.com/Memory-ring-Bendi ... I played my new picks on a couple jobs Saturday night and Monday night and I really like them. Light, thin and after a while it's like you don't have anything on. A+ ! Grate job Doyle.

I am glad you like them Greg, its better when you have a novelty that you can use and enjoy too. I am making some for Lynn in Canada from some Canadian halves she sent me. Enjoy, and thanks for the grade, that may be the only A+ I ever had. :D

Sure Charlie I can make you a set any thickness you want and out of any metal you like, a good quality nickel siver is hard to beat, unless you want brass or even the silver half dollars. As you know I will be setting up the huge farm auction for the Fire Dept. and March is going to be a bit stressed for me, but I will try to get you a set as soon as you let me know what you want. Charlie, the 1971 wont have any silver in it, it is zinc and copper, you would be better off to make them from good nickel silver or I have found a few Halfs that are silver, if you prefer I can sell you a couple of those, before the gold and silver rush they were coming through my auction by the handful but now I think most people have sold them off.
