Hi
I agree with mr. Tomic. I also didn`t have problems like string breaks and detuning.
Right now, I have 3 Promat guitars at my home.
A D10 with aluminium neck and with age more than 25 years. Then a D10 with wooden neck just about the same age as first one as well as my new S10. All of them are just fantastic,...
For now, no string breaks.
Even If I have a bit rusty strings with to much playing hours,...

It*s me again
I have to say that this last few weeks was very busy
with my PSG and play several gigs, and also few studio
recordings. Here in Serbia it*s very rare, but when it happens,it happens,if you know what I mean.Unfortunately here people don*t know much about that instrument, but when they hear that SOUND,it*s over.I mean, when they hear it,they love it.My PROMAT is 24 years old,and you have to admit,it*s a long period of time. For that time, never let me down,as I said .All I can say ,Promat, as a manufacturer of all categories, can provide spare parts for possible needs of PROMAT PSG owners. Having in mind the fact that PROMAT customizes PSG, it usually does not have stock of spare parts and you should order them. After they have been made, they will be sent to the customer. It can take from 1 to 3 months, depending on the type of parts. Mutual replacement of the parts with other producers P/P, PSG is not possible because of the different measurements as well as the application of the metric system. It is safe to say that there have not been any complaints about quality of production, not only about PSG but the spare parts as well.
In the process of developing is PROMAT, PSG, S-10,4+4 with improved variation of the P/P changers which are going to provide not only more gentle practice but also the reduction of the deficit of the friction among parts.
All the best until the nex time from cold and fogy Sabac.
