Sorry to hear this news! I've been really looking forward to it. The trip to Portland for the jam is always a good time.

Sorry to hear about the club closing and the jam being canceled. I've been looking forward to this jam since the the last one.
Might as well extend the invitation again to the weekly Gypsy Jazz Jam at the Moon & Sixpence (2014 NE 42nd Ave Portland, OR in the Hollywood district), Saturdays from 4-6pm. Acoustic only, so bring your dobro! It's a fun jam open to all levels of player, from beginner to professional.

Double dang.
I will be down there in Portland Sat. the 6th at Someday Lounge with Zoe Muth for the Siren Nation Festival. It would have been perfect for staying over and playing the jam.
C'est La Vie.

If you can squeeze it in, Rusty Blake and I will be playing with Pete Krebs and The Portland Playboys at Secret Society (116 NE Russell St.) from 6-8p that day also. What time is your set, Dave?
