Thanks Jim for straightening out the mixup. At my age it's a wonder I remember how to play.

If you are a player that uses a lot of bass runs, pull offs and hammer on's then the fishook might be the guitar for you. As I said before It's loud and cuts through the other instruments. If you go more for slants and background harmonies with a good treble presence then the MA is tops. I have been influenced more by Hawaiian players like Hoopi and McIntyre and the MA would suit me better.

After just buying a D10 and a S10 pedal steel there won't be another reso in my future for some time, unless I hit the lottery.
