Good to see ole Ben up and "attem" again. Keep up the good work Ben. Wish you could be there at this show to keep me on the straight and narrow.
My new EXCEL is about three times "hotter and brighter" than my older one. The new pickup is absolutely "gorgeous"-and that adjective describes the way it sounds as it still looks like a pickup. lol
The new integrated stainless steel changer mechanism is the epitome in engineering in our steel guitar world.
See you all there..Anxious to play a tune behind Ole Doc too.
Thanks for this invite to this steel show.

Well,, Thank you Billy. I gotta tell you, "IT'S GOOD TO BE BACK UP AND GOIN". I ain't got all them wires (from my noggin to my fangers)straightened out yet, but I'm'a working on it.
Sure nice to talk to Jim also. Found out the boy had been rougin around in my neighborhood, SEVERAL, several years ago, trying to do some "GOAT ROPIN". You'll just have to axe him bout that, "GOAT ROPIN"..
Think I heard something bout a hog killin to!!
Thanks for all the concern, from all the folks here on the forum, and else whure. I'm on the mend, just gonna take time.
Jim,,, Ole Lem, (up there) been axing for updated line up. Lem, if he don't respond in the next couple of days, stick him a box of chittlins in the mail.

Wendell, I hope you have a safe trip over here to Fulton. I hate that I won't get to see you, as I always enjoy visiting and listening to you sing. You're one of the best vocalists I've ever had the pleasure of playing for.
