Gary, Do you still need a PA amplifier for the jam, or is yours fixed?

Hey guys start the chatter among your friends and family for this one . Our last jam was fantastic with a great crowd . I think we had 15 steel players that played with some that didn't play . We want everyone to feel free to play and the good part is that you don't have to be a member to join us . See how easy this is ?
Hope to see you soon . G.P.

Gary,
I have a couple of friends coming. One is a singer and would like to sing "Look At Us." He is a second Tenor, so he will probably want to sing it in the key of C or even B. Do you think you can find someone to play the intro and solo for him? Eb is out of his range.

That's a beautiful song, Marvin!! I sure will look forward to that. What a treat this will be. We always have a great time at these jams, looks like this one will be even better than usual!
Thanks everyone for all you do to make this jam the greatest!

I can do the song Marvin. Intro, break, instrumental, however you want it. Great song no matter what key it's done in.

Hey guys and Tamara,
It looks like Harry will have to sing and call for two steel breaks so both can take a shot at the solo.
Chris and Mike, Harry is a second Tenor so I suggest you look at "Look At Us" in the key of C. Maybe with a touch of Blue Grass flavor since both of these friends are Blue Grass players and singers.

Chris,
What kind of Dobro do you have? My wife bought me one for Christmas.

hey marvin... i bought my dobro just over 3 years ago. it is a wechter scheerhorn and i absolutely love it more than any other dobro i have ever played!!
i play it almost every sunday at church... i go to church with my grandparents. it is a little mountain church, nothing big or fancy. just about 30 or 40 people... we have 2 or 3 acoustic guitars, and upright bass, and then my dobro or mandolin (whichever i take)
ITS ALMOST HERE GUYS AND GIRLS!!
