After all these great pictures I am suddenly starting to dream about Mullen steels. Do I need to seek professional help?

Duncan, yes you need to seek professional help. Call Dr. Mike Mantey at Mullen Guitar Company and he can make your dreams come true!

Here's my '08 RP. I almost had to part with this fine guitar recently, but things are on the upswing around here now. I don't know if this guitar qualifies as a custom creation, but I did specifically order black. :)

This is about the only time it's been out of the case at home. It's practically always at a gig or in the truck. Excuse the dust on the VP.....renos were happening at the house when I took the pic. :)

Sorry about the previous post, but I can't figure out how to get the picture to show up. My computer skills are very poor at best. If any one can walk me thru the steps to get a picture up I will try again. sorry Joe

This picture was taken in Denver in 1978 at a Jimmie Crawford seminar that John Macy put on. I don't remember who the owned this Mullen, but I do remember the guitar being quite large, almost as big or bigger than the D-12 Emmons pictured next to it.

Jack Wilson...the only difference between your guitar and mine is the color of the pad!!! Mullen built my 11 stringer in 97'. I also have a D-10 built in 92'.

Steve, we do all our bodies. Lacquer and mica as well as everything else on the guitar. We do not sub contract out anything.

Thanks,

Mike
