OOooooohhhh! that had to hurt!!
I actually thought about building a guitar to keep on my boat. It would have to be mahogany in order to match the boat interior and bright work etc. I'm not a mahogany fan for steels after using it, but it could be laminated onto some other wood.
Of course I would have to build an amp to match, and have it work on the 12 volt system or 115vac dock power, and it would HAVE to be a tube amp!
Gee, I had better get started!

This was built to play while sitting at a bar. After you play your tune, you can shove it down the bar to the next player. It rolls well.
