Cost of a new steel in 67-75???

Bought my Sho-Bud Pro S-10 around around 73, I think. I remember it cost me 600 bucks. At the time, I was making perhaps 100 a week at my job and it seemed a fortune, but it sounded and played so much better than the Maverick I owned at the time, I HAD to own it. I remember the shop had blue green, red and blonde. I bought the blonde and have had it ever since.
