Bobbe has touched so many lives in the steel-guitar community.
Just this last Saturday, steel guitar players in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area met for their monthly jam and had an auction of several of Bobbe's CD's that he had donated for our benefit to help in paying the expenses for our meetings.
Bless you Bobbe, and be assured that you are in all of our prayers for your successful recovery.

We all love you Bobbe.
Thank the good Lord it wasn't your right hand.
Hang in there and all will be fine.
I know because I cut the tip of my left index finger off in 1956 with a hunting knife.
About 3/8" of it and the doctor sewed it back on right thru the finger nail and all.
What hurt the most was when he put the needle in my finger to numb it up.
Two years later I was playing guitar with no problem.

Sorry to hear of your accident, Bobbe. I hope that things will be good for you soon. I got a brand new jointer/planer just before my little situation. It hasn't even been plugged in yet, but I don't even go in the shop for now. I'm sure you'll be back at it soon and so will I. And thanks for the newsletter. |
