I would bet that the number you found is some former owner's Social Security Number. Sure is a beaut - play it in good health!

Well done!!!! It is beautiful!!!
And thank you for saving another Stringmaster from the part's people or the trash heap.
Alas, in the end, we have them only for just awhile. While not immediatly evident, I do hope, way, way down the road, when your Stringmaster is passed on to another future Steelguitar musician, they appreciate and cherish it as much as Linda and you have.

Have you thought of putting a Hilton Digital Sustain on it??
If your using a 500K pot volume pedal the sound & sustain will surely please you...TX
