Gary,
I know the feeling! I've almost thrown the bar, but would Never have enough nerve to stand THAT close to a lake, with my D10 held over my head. You could stumble, someone could bump you, a sudden strong and violent gust of wind,....you never know!
I'm with Ron. Throw the pick's!
Don't give up, man. Grit it out!
Mitch
p.s. I laughed out loud when I saw the picture, too!

This brings to matter all kinds of questions...
Can a fish learn to play a D-10?
What kind of fish would learn to play a D-10?
Do you suppose all the female fish would then find him sexy?
Do reverb and delay matter in 6 feet of water?
Does moisture content affect cabinet drop? Or does the cabinet swell so much that the effect is negated?
Is it possible to correctly swivel the ankle from the AB postion to the BC position while wearing swim fins?

"what kind of fish would play a D10?"
Steelhead is a good choice, but I was thinking maybe a "tuner fish".

One fortunate thing is they shouldn't have any trouble finding a BASS player for the group(er) in the band. And they are usually schooled musicians.
