Patricia,
This is a really nice thing for someone to do, and I hope you haven't been so swamped by requests that you regret having started this.
If you are still up for it, I would love a copy.
Email sent.
By the way, you aren't by any chance working on one for C6th are you?

Thank you,

Six Months

Hi, everyone!
Well it's been six months since I first posted this thread and I've personally sent my chart to over 600 forum friends, many of them forwarding it on to others.

As always, I am happy to share the chart with anyone who hasn't a copy yet. Send me an email and I'll get it off to you just as soon as I can.

For those who have studied it closely, you may have noticed that under the Major Chord Patterns section the second tip: AF + 2 = E Lever actually takes you from the Major Chord to it's Relative Minor. Still a Major Chord Pattern but not Major Chord to Same Major Chord. Following that then, the third tip: E Lever + 2 = AB takes you from that same Relative Minor back to the Major Chord. If you hadn't caught this, consider it a new tip, lol

For example:
1AF (D Major) + 2 frets & E Lever = 3E (B Minor)
3E (B Minor) + 2 frets & AB Pedals = 5AB (D Major)

Some have also expressed interest in Mickey Adam's "Beginner's Guide to Mastering the E9th Pedal Steel Guitar" instruciton book/DVD. Mickey and I are so excited to announce the course is finished! There are a couple of posts on the forum about how to order but I wanted to share the link for the followers of this post as well.

You can get more information at:
http://bb.steelguitarforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=159352

Sadly, my E9th changer is broken at the moment so I haven't been playing the last couple of weeks but I'm taking the guitar in for repair this weekend.

Wishing you all the best!
Take care,
Patricia

I ordered a Carter Starter E9 10 stringer and Santa claus in the big brown truck is showing "out for delivery". I am so excited!

I emailed Patricia yesterday asking for the chart but she must be busy or possibly out of town and I apologize for being impatient, but would anyone mind sending me the full size pdf file? I am leaving soon and driving right by Kinko's and could have a 11X17 printed out. All the stars are in alignment... please help!

Thanks!
Don

Gary,
My records show I sent you the chart on August 2nd - to your gmail account. But, your last post was just yesterday so maybe it is lost out in cyberspace.

Anyway, I am sending it again right now.
Along with charts to Ian, John, Alan, Thom and Ron.

It's good to hear from you guys.
As always, I am happy to share my chart.

I'll be checking out Scotty's show in St. Louis this year...maybe I will see some of you there.

Take care,
Patricia
