I was hopeing we had seen the last of nothing. I see it's back. And it's still nothing. Takes on a whole new meaning when I tell my psychologist that "nothing is bothering me."

But now we're able to fear nothing and have it be a good thing.

There's always room for nothing.

A friend came to visit in Santa Fe; in such a small place, I had the cello on top of the refrigerator.
"There's always room for cello," he said.

We were walking through Plaza Sena one Fall, and he saw a short suit of armor at the door of a shop.
"The knights are getting shorter at this time of year...."

Pretty much.
I just wanted to make sure there was nothing more to say about nothing.

But... I would contend that there is nothing outside the universe. Everything that is, whether it's nothing or not, is in the universe.

Only if you describe the universe as the extent to which the matter in the big bang has currently expanded. When the big bang occured it happened in a vacuum that extended to infinity but had nothing in it. :? :?

Is there an inverse to universe?
And does it really anti-matter?

But anti-matter is still something, which is not nothing, but since not nothing can'te something, it therefore must be nothing!

The inverse of the universal instantiation, infinity is zero, which is nothing. Of course, you can't divide by anything other than numbers, so only numbers have an inverse. :whoa:

...and nothing is the only quantity which, when divided by itself is indeterminate. For all other quantities the result is 1. :whoa:

Which of course, has NOTHING to do with what you said. :D

Richard got it! LOL.

infinite
–adjective

3. unlimited or unmeasurable in extent of space, duration of time, etc.:
the infinite nature of outer space.

Nothing is unlimited because it has no limits.
Is nothing small?
No, it is less than infinitesimal.

Nothing is unmeasurable,
because what measure can you hold to it?

Are there vast areas of space with nothing in it?
By many reports yes. Nothing has been detected.
Not that any one has SEEN it not being there.
