Update...sometime between the time I wrote the post last night and now, the voting site has been changed so that no band can get more than the votes allowed by the rules. I felt something was about to change, but...this is a good thing as it keeps the voting fair for everyone from this point forward. Sure there are still the leaders way out in front, but here's the amazing part...we're still gaining in our score! Very s-l-o-w-l-y but...still moving up...THANKS TO ALL!!

Pheed were way out in front at one time, but since the voting system is fairer now they are being reeled back in. Mike and his band are coming up fast on the rails. Smile

I'm really amazed that we're actually "in" this thing! But, it's the efforts of every one of you and other friends and family that are making this run even possible...THANK YOU!

Hello Mike.
Next time I'm in Cave Creek, and I do get out there every year, or so, I hope to see you out there.
Duncan
P.S. I voted again.

Time to vote again!

If you haven't yet voted today, please go here:
http://www.arizonafoothillsmagazine.com/voting/voting/89.html

and vote for the Mike & T band (4th from the bottom in the list)

They are now within striking distance of 2nd place; together, we can push them OVER THE TOP!

Now in #2 Position with 20.604%. We can Push Mike & T over the top. Its Do-able.

In the Old Days, I remember Miguel Working For Del Reeves. Mr Reeves instructed Miguel not to play C6th and Miguel told Mr Reeves where to put his band. Laughing

I've always admired Mike for being his own man.

No - they're still in third place

Pheed 28.57%
Walkens 22.04%
Mike & T 20.62%

But they are steadily moving up, and I agree that overtaking the lead is probably doable in a month if a large chunk of people continue to vote daily.
