Speaking from planet Earth for a moment, concepts can exist apart from reality. In absolute terms, "nothing" does not exist. If it did, it would be something - the concept of "nothing", which is indeed something.
So now you're reduced to some type of relative concept of nothingness. OK, bring on the philosophers - they need something to cogitate recursively. Hey, philosophers have to make a living too, eh?. Next topic, please?

I didn't know there was on online version of the Encyclopedia of Philosophy, Donald.
I've got the hardback version.
A great reference work, imo.

I've noticed some peoples nothing is black. (i.e. wear nothing black) My nothing (according to many pretty young things I've known) seems to be pink. Are they referring to the aura that surrounds people or am I just not seeing this. After all, when questioned, most of them said it was nothing.

DD: Excellent resource... My philosophy professor would be proud...
Sounds like they heard me woodshedding...
What is the mass of nothing?
Does something have to exist in order for there to be nothing? (The matter/antimatter parallel universe kind of thing?)
How deep is the vacuum of space? Milli-torr? Micro-Torr? Are there still molecules of matter floating around in what is supposed to be "nothing"?
Is it possible to build a boundary around nothing?
