Hey Tim, here's a link to the PDF specs on your mosvalve. Maybe it will help sell it for ya. It only weighs 30 lbs. Not bad for such a great power amp. Good luck

It's hard to beat the Tube Works electronics. I have used their amps for years and I recently tried out several different pre-amps and then went back to my Tube Works Blue Tube II.

Bob, thanks for the PDF specs. These are really the best solid state power amps for instruments. I'm just way oversized for what little I'm playing out.

Erv, you're so right about the Tubeworks stuff. It really is/was state-of-the art gear. I had the Blue Tube II and wish I still did. They can be hard to come by; like this Mosvalve 500.

Anyone wanting to really put together a GREAT rack system should consider this as part of their setup.

Thanks again! :)

Hi Tim.

I cant agree with you more as to the quality sound of the Mosvalve 500 Mosfet power amp. They have just the right amount of output power and are even great for use in the mono mode with just one speaker. They are a little on the heavy side but well worth it when it comes to the sound.

I have a couple of like new 500's that I use in my Revelation setups and they are keepers as they are getting hard to find.

Keep on a pickin.

Here's some pics. I'm receptive to trades for a good combo amp. Thanks! No, the Mesa Boogie Studio Preamp is not included!
