The Song Mississippi By Barbara Fairchild... Is That Played On The C6 Or E9th Neck.
Also If Any One Has A Tab Of This Song I Would Like To
Purchase A Copy.

Maybe yer thinking of Mississippi by Barbara Mandrell. There is a Youtube of this around here. E9th fer sure.

I didn't even know that the song was covered by Barabara Fairchild.
The original was by the Dutch band Pussycat, Steel player on the original was Frans Doolaard.
That still doesn't answer your question though..... :oops:

In that audio clip on Amazon, the steel guitar slide sounds like strings 5,6,8 on the E9 neck.
