Hi all,
A band I sometimes play in called Memphis (http://www.myspace.com/memphiscanada) is playing on KCRW's morning becomes eclectic this Monday (the 25th). You can find it by going to:
www.KCRW.com
and going from there. You can tune in live or listen to it from the archive later. The show is at 9:00 AM Pacific and I don't know for sure when we'll play...
Jon
If you're in the area and want to see the band we're also playing that night at:

Hi. You'll be playing from 11:20 to 12:00.
I listen to Nic's show everyday and congratulations, as his show is the best thing going, and has literally 'made' the career of many, many musicians and artists. I'll be listening. |

Rich Weiss is right, this show has been the big breaking moment for many acts, congrats on getting the air time! I'll tune in at work. Play purty!! _________________ E9 INSTRUCTION

Really good job, Jon.
You're note selection was spot-on and fit the tunes well.
I liked the group, and the fact that one of the members is also a member of Starz will ensure lots of future work, I would suspect. It's fun to play ambient-style, isn't it? Alot different from mashing the A and B pedal all night long. |

Thanks Rich - right nice of you to say. That was a fun gig - kind of scary really! Yeah, it's a cool band and I love that they are so into having a steel in there. Thanks a lot for the comments man.
Hey John, I just missed your show in Anaheim last week. I was down there for business - next time maybe! |
