Richard, I love the sound you get out of that 11 string ZB. I watch some of your clips on YouTube every evening and hope some day I can play just a little as well as you. What part of England do you live? I've been over there twice in the old days to Alconbury RAF Base.
Keep up the good tunes. It's nice to know that psg and country music is alive and well there AND all over the globe too. Our country isn't the only place with world-class players.

Jerry,
If there is another Richard, who lives in Britain, with an 11 string ZB, with tunes on Youtube, then I apologise for assuming that I am the subject of your post Very Happy

Thanks for the compliments Jerry, I'm glad that you enjoy my playing.

I live in the town of Shrewsbury, in Shropshire.

Hi Richard, No, you are the one I intended. Guess I should have written your last name also. Didn't realize there is another. Are you playing straight into the amp or using some sound effects to get the unusual tone? At any rate it was good to have you reply.
Have a great day,
Jerry

Here's how I connect:

Steel guitar output to amp input.

'Send' output on amp to (passive) volume pedal input.

Volume pedal output to digital delay input.

Digital delay output to 'return' input on amp

If you don't have a send/return patch on your amp, try this:

Steel guitar > volume pedal > digital delay > amplifier
