Who is playing steel and fiddle on Johnny's contemporary CDs? (Dickie and Flores respectively?)
Whoever it is, they sure did a fantastic job.
In the case of Dickie and Flores, the are superior musicians in anyone's opinion. _________________ A truly happy person is one who can enjoy the scenery on a detour.

I think the last two CDs Johnny did was at Justin Travino's studio and The fiddler was Bobby Flores.
The last CD he did was done with him and Justin on vocals. It is available thru hillbillyhits.com ... |

Flores is one of the absolutely best fiddlers in the business. I really enjoy his work. _________________ A truly happy person is one who can enjoy the scenery on a detour.

He(Flores) is not too shabby on steel guitar or 6 string either and sings better than most of the "hats" you hear on the radio nowadays....rj |

Yeah, I have downloaded a song that has him singing and playing the steel. He's not bad at all but Dickie is still my Texas favorite. _________________ A truly happy person is one who can enjoy the scenery on a detour.
