Alesis Picoverb for rack setup

Are the Line 6 Verbzilla and EH Holy Grail reverb pedals any better than the Alesis Picoverb ?
I prefer spring reverb in combo amp , but have a separate Mesa preamp and Tubeworks amp I need a standalone reverb unit for. I can't afford the Fender or TubeWorks tube reverb units much as I would like one.
Has anyone A/B 'ed these units with an Alesis ?
I also have the Alesis Nanoverb but the newer Picoverb is a better sounding unit, more bits and quieter too .
