I need a MSA pedal. The ball broke off where the rod and quick disconnect meet.
The guitar is an MSA d10 classic 1976.

Thanks.

I broke the ball off my MSA pedal many years ago (where the rod attaches to the pedal), and went to the auto parts store and bought a new thread ball.
I didn't realize that the part I had broken was from a carburator linkage. Napa here in Phoenix sold assorted kits to replace them.
I hope this information helps.

Thanks Jim!
I got another ball from Don Pack here in town
and there are two places to screw it in on the pedal. That is how I have been using it.
I dont know who had this guitar before me but
they played the heck out of it. One pedal is half worn off.
Thanks for the reply.

According to the MSA owners manual.. "The two holes on the front of the pedal are to adjust for "feel" If you use the hole closer to the pedal bar (upper) you will have a longer throw.
BTW,..are you related to Slim or Gayle from Hereford?

Hello Cuz!
I am not related to them as far as I know.
Dad came from Collingwood Canada. He joined the US Navy in WWII and was stationed in Corpus Chrisi Where my mom was a telephone operator. We dont know much about the Borland side of the family but we are bound to be cousins somewhere along the line!!!
Thanks for the info on the pedal. The bottom hole is stripped out and that is the one I like to use.
