Kenny, from the pics, those look like Black Widows. At 65 watts/channel, you might like the NV112's Blue Marvels in it instead. I put one in an old Express 112, a guitar amp for sure, and it really made a big difference...much more useable for steel. Then I put Burr-Brown chips in it, and it sounds excellent for steel. Not quite as good as a NV112, but, very good...considering the available EQ in the amp.

Just a thought.
Best regards,
Mike

Kenny, I noticed from your initial post that you were wanting to get another Nashville 112, if that's so, would you consider a trade? I have a very low mileage NV 112 that I'd trade you for the Classic chorus. I bought two of them and one worked so well that I haven't even hardly used the second one. I bought a second one because I heard how well two of them worked together but so far I haven't found a situation that one of 'em couldn't handle. If you wanna make a trade we could both pay for our own shipping. I still have the original crate it came in.........JH in Va.

FYI, I had the Classic 212 and the Stereo Chorus 212. The onboard effects were AWESOME on both units. I even had a mod kit I purchased for the SC212, but I couldn’t get the NV400/112 sound when I needed that tone. It could have been the guitar, speakers, or more importantly, the player. But those units had the richest most versatile onboard effects I ever experienced. Wish I was a technician—-I’d find another one and set it up to my tastes if possible.

I experimented with them at a time that I was experimenting with dual pups too. Wish I’d had more resources and TIME to get it all like I wanted.
