We want to remind eveyone that the Ozark SGA Bi-Monthly open jam is June 17th at the Branson Community Center, our usual place. We want all level of players to play in our jams. So we will try something different this time. The first set, each
player will play 2 songs of his choice; More if time permits. The second set will be a round-robin as we usually do. So if you want to play just in the first set only, thats okay. We hope this will make players feel more comfortable in playing in our jams. So come and join in. Also come if just want to listen.

Hank I was in Branson this weekend talking to Steve Wilkerson. He had stated that you may be putting a jam together at his fish house for the month of July. I told Steve that I'd be there if possible. I think that it would be great. Also Randall George from the Hoe Down Theater in Eureka Springs said that his theater is open to you if you ever wanted to put a jam together there.

Thanks Robert for your post. We are not having an open jam in July. We are having our 2 Day Super Event, July 28th at Branson Community Center 12:00 until 5:00 and July 29th at The Baldknobber Theater, 11:00 until last player plays. See you all there.

Hank,
Thanks for your hard work in putting on the nice show yesterday. Sorry I couldn't stay for all of it. By the way, you get a great tone from that Derby / Webb rig! Also thanks to everyone who stopped by to play the new Stage One guitar.

Hey Hank... David Bennett asked me to post that he really had a blast playing the keyboard at the jam yesterday and hopes he will be invited again soon. Dave is an amazing pianist and I feel privileged to play in the same group that plays for the Senior Citizens in Springfield, Aurora and Pierce City. Anyone that has played with him immediately notices that he tunes in on what you are playing and only tries to complement it with his talent and experience. He told me that there is no other organization he is aware of that has such widespread close friendships like steel guitarist's. Ain't it the truth !!!
