Can anyone tell me what I have here. My wife bought this in 1982. She thought new, but someone that saw the pic's says it is circa 60's venue. The only number I have found is #83711. The 8 could be a "B", but looks like and 8. You can see pic's at the link below.

Its a Brumley built Texas ZB. 82 would be right.

Yes it is a Brumley built Texas guitar. Not sure if its Austin or Kingsland though. This guitar was ordered in July, 1981 and he took delivery in October 1981. The order was given to Floyd Neidecken at ZB. The original owner of that guitar is a close friend of mine. He emailed me about it earlier. Looks like a fine guitar!!!!

Thanks to everyone who replied. The original owner of this guitar emailed me. He took delivery in 81' and then sent it back because of some problems. Sounds like they then sold it to my wife in 82' and built him another.
