I need a good steel for around $1200 Please Help.

I'm looking for a S-10 or s-12 E9th and would prefer a GFI Ultra, Carter (not a starter), MSA or Desert Rose. I would like it in Black if Possible. and around $1200 before shipping.
I know this is asking alot.
I had a Carter Starter before and want to move up to a better steel. Please Help
