Well, I've been off line since Thursday night thanks to a computer crash. But I got the chips in my Nashville 112, and it's just what I was lookin for.
It took the shrill out of the highs, and leveled out the lows. Thanks Ken, now I'll probly have my other 112 re-chipped. 
Not saying the 112 wadn't a good sounding amp before the new chips, it definately was, but I just couldn't get the highs smoothed out and the lows were just a little muffled. Not anymore.
And now I think the amp reverb sounds better in my new chipped 112than does the lexicon 110 reverb unit.
I'm completely satisfied.

I thought that the 112 comes from the factory with the modifications???

To each his own, I like my 112 just the way it is, so if it works, why fix it.

I don't think of it as a mod so much. Change the op amps is much like changing preamp tubes in your amp for a tonal change. The Burr Brown is a different sounding amplifier chip and a lot folks like the tone.
