conversion kit required

Does anyone know of a 6 to 8 string resonator guitar conversion kit that is available, or a site that shows how to do a home brew job?

There's no 'kit' that I know of. Your choices are to get a regular tailpiece re-drilled, or get a 12 string version with the correct dimensions, or (best) the one Randy Allen makes. After that it's just a matter of fitting a new nut and saddle.
