I would like to extend a huge "THANKS" to Dale Dorsey for helping to make a bad situation blossom into something very tolerable.
In short; I puchased a Mullen D10 from Dale recently. The poor guitar was beat about by FedEx so badly, it was near a complete loss. With Dale working on the other end (even during his vacation with his family in Florida) he diligently waded through the hoopla the shipper typically likes to throw at the claimant(s) and expedited the claim by light years! Between he and Mike at Mullen, they both have helped beyond words. The guitar will live once again in no small part due to those two fine gentlemen.
THANK YOU Dale for all your hard work dealing with Kinkos and FedEx! You are stand up in all regards Pard. |

Steve, Dale,
Is it the blue beauty?
If yes, I hope you can repair it to its original beauty,
Best,

Steve; Hey...I can't tell you how much I appreciated your patience. Thks for the kind words, but no thanks needed on my end. I'm just glad things got handled. Ed......I am confident the guitar is going to be restored to new condition by Mike and would love to buy it back someday. Believe me, they are doing a complete rebuild and with those hot pickups of Elmer's......OH MY! It will scream. Steve, the only thing I ask is that I get first shot if you ever decide to sell it and you know why my friend.
Take care and enjoy it. Please let me know how you like it when Mike gets finished with it. _________________ Sho Pro SD10 and Nashville 400 & 112 |
