Recently, I purchased a used
Mullen D10 that I had been hoping to acquire for several months. To make a long story short; bought the guitar, had it shipped and sadly, the guitar met the fate of a careless handler with FedEx.

My claim was handled by the most professional FedEx insurance (Diane Condict) rep's one could possibly hope for. She worked hand in hand with Mike at Mullen and amazingly got my claim processed within three weeks! And the guitar will be restored to it's glory within the next two months. That is getting the job done.

Had it not been for the diligence of Mike (and Dale Dorsey at the other end) this situation could have been another tale from the dark side. Thanks Mike for all your hard work and all the work you have ahead!

I will post some pics of the steel once she arrives. I promise she is going to be a blue beauty!

Hey Steve my friend! Mullen huh? I've checked a few of them out. They are nice guitars. I've talked with Mike a couple times, I beleive him to be as good as they get.

Yeah don't forget to post some pics.

All the best,

Thanks Jim (and everyone) for chiming in. Smile In a world wrought with "the less personal touch" it's great to see a fine business like Mullen still handling things "the ol' fashioned way."

Thank You Guys, here at Mullen we try and make your experience a joyful one, and here is one for Fed Ex, first time I have dealt with a claim that has been handled properly. Thank you Steve.
