Topic: Best product for fine Mica scratches? |

You know.....something that will fill in extra fine
scratches in mica (with multiple coats) that isn't
too glossy. I've used finishing wax which does
a decent job, but looking for something a bit better.
Anything out there that'll do the job  |

| I don't think you will find anything better than what you have tried so far, just my thoughts. You only see the places from surtain angles anyway. I see all sorts of stuff on anything I have, I have just learned to live with the fact that nothing ain't perfect. I ain't either? |

The best thing I've found so far is Hopes counter top polish. You can get it at home depot.

Hey Jay,
For fine scratch removal try Novus plexiglass cleaner and polish. They also make scratch remover in three grades of abrasiveness, but I would not go much past the mildest..I think its #1...anyway google Novus...JW |

Hey Jay,
For cleaning pickguards on guitars, and other finish cleaning, I use Dupont swirl mark remover, available at most auto parts stores. It is a very mind rubbing compound. Use light pressure, be sure not to rub through the color...
