I've been searching the US Patent database for the patents on certain parts of the ped-a-bro. I cannot find anything. Anybody got any ideas?
My neighbor Jason Lollar said he had done the same thing and couldn't find anything either.

| Franklin Guitar has some patents for the Ped-A-Bro. I've seen posts with links to that patent before here on the forum. It's been a while (a couple of years ago) but I don't think the Patent has expired. |

hmmm...I wonder if Mr Franklin was the applicant or if he had someone else file it. I could find nothing under that name.

| Filed in '87, that's 20 years ago. If it was renewed (and I see no reason why it wouldn't have been), no one else can produce it for another 14 years. |

After doing a search on this patend it would appear as though it ran out in 2000 as fees were not paid.
