I've been searching the US Patent database for the patents on certain parts of the ped-a-bro. I cannot find anything. Anybody got any ideas?
My neighbor Jason Lollar said he had done the same thing and couldn't find anything either.

Franklin Guitar has some patents for the Ped-A-Bro. I've seen posts with links to that patent before here on the forum. It's been a while (a couple of years ago) but I don't think the Patent has expired. |

hmmm...I wonder if Mr Franklin was the applicant or if he had someone else file it. I could find nothing under that name. _________________ Tab Tabscott

Filed in '87, that's 20 years ago. If it was renewed (and I see no reason why it wouldn't have been), no one else can produce it for another 14 years. |

After doing a search on this patend it would appear as though it ran out in 2000 as fees were not paid. _________________ My NEW TUBE AMP CWT Amplifiers I build, JACKSON COMMEMORATIVE all wood 3&5, Fender Steel King Amp,Telonics pedal |
