I want to thank the TSGA for the award of honorable mention Texas Steel Player of the Year! I was enroute to Dallas last month, but took ill on the way and had to come home, so I was not there to receive it. Today at the SETSGA meeting in Katy, TX, I was presented with the award...Wow!
It is truly and honor to have this award, and thanks so much to the TSGA.

Jody, Congratulations! No one is more deserving. You play your music with soul, skill, and passion. And, you are humble and always willing to share your knowledge.

Jody Cameron is an amazing player, a great person, and anyone traveling with him is in the presence of a true and trusted friend. _________________ My rig: Infinity and Telonics.
Son, we live in a world with walls, and those walls have to be guarded by men with steel guitars. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Lt. Weinberg? |

Jody Cameron is a very special person. He gets it honest as his Mom and Dad were two of the sweetest people on this earth. I am glad to have had a small part in his career as a steel player. He so richly deserves this honor. Jody. |
