Casters for Nashville 1000

Post by Mel Mandville »

Hi,

I was wondering what size fits this amp. I thought it said something in the manual, but I couldn't find it. Time to dig out the amp and start playing again.

thanks

I installed a set of Ernie Ball "pop out" (removeable) casters in mine. Work fine and are exactly like the Peavey branded pop out casters.

I don't recall anything in the manual about casters.

Nashville 1000 casters

We'll I'll be dipped. I just got my amp out of storage and it doesn't have
the holes for the casters installed. I guess i had it confused with my Fender amp.
No wonder there was nothing in the manual. Thanks for the help. Guess I'll plug this thing in and see if she still works...

Any half decent (Knows what day of the week it is when you enter the store) Peavey dealer can sell you a set of casters for a NV1000. You'll need to drill the holes since the amp comes without holes. I put casters on my NV1000 the same week that I got it. The same set from Peavey fits the Session series as well.

How do you guys like your amps?
I have a Carter guitar..this is the first steel amp i've owned. It sounds
pretty sweet to me.

I'm running pretty close to the suggested settings...i also love my Carter.
It is easy to tune and sounds sweet....

My NV1000 basically "collects dust" since I started using a Nashville 112. But the 1000 is a good amp and if Peavey hadn't come out with the 112, I'd still be using it.
